Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. When she was 16, she began taking part in fitness events after she quit gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. She became the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. Her return to competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel completed her first six years in competing to obtain her college diploma. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. She finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she won named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three months later and returned with a 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her performance. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. The exercises she uses for strengthening her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull-downs. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel also Ariel is known to make use of her time the best way is possible. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps are done.
